We are a not-for-profit social enterprise; we offer free and independent advise in energy

Benefits of insulation & why you should get it
Due to the rising cost of gas and electric its even more important then ever to have an
energy efficient home.
If your loft is not insulated you lose about 25% of your heat through your roof. So by
getting your loft insulated you could save up to 25% on your bills.
For example, if you spend €100 you could save €25.
If you were then to get your walls fully insulated, you could save 35% on €75 bringing your bill to €48.75.
This can save potentially half your bill just with cavity wall insulation and loft insulation,
saving the money you have spent on the measure in the next few years.
